The relationship graph: referrers, introductions, the warm path to any party, and attribution that follows the deal.
A$99 a seatTransaction infrastructure for private markets
Accreta is Cavari’s transaction platform for private-market advisers and business brokers. Preparation, buyer origination, process management, diligence and settlement run in one secure workspace, and every decision is kept on the engagement’s file.
Built and hosted in Australia. Adviser and broker modes. Priced per seat.
Six stages
The navigation stays the same while the engagement moves through its stages. A finished stage is closed, the current one is open, and the stages ahead can be read without being worked out of order.
Collect the evidence once, score readiness and close the gaps before any buyer arrives.
Approve the buyer universe, the anonymous advert and the information pack with the owner’s sign-off.
Run approaches, NDAs and the data room on one live timeline, with every view recorded.
Receive indications, compare terms side by side and move to exclusivity on the record.
Every request, answer and document with an owner, a due date and a complete history.
Conditions, signing, funds flow and completion held to the agreed date.
Six modules, priced per seat
A base seat carries the whole engagement. Each module adds one discipline to that seat, and a seat holding five or more modules moves to Complete automatically. Prices are in Australian dollars a month, excluding GST. Engagements are unlimited.
Base seat
A$199 a seat a month
The engagement record, the documents and the data room, buyers, NDAs and approaches, offers, the contract, the owner’s window and the audit trail. Everything a sale needs to run.
Complete
A$649 a seat a month
All six modules on one seat. Applied automatically once a seat holds five, so nobody pays more for choosing more.

A$99 a seatAdviser mode
Six stages with their run sheets and gates, the readiness score before market, internal review before release, and a conflict check before an engagement is taken on. Built for corporate advisers who run a sale as a process.
Broker mode
Five tabs: the listing, its documents, buyers, offers and the contract. The same record underneath, in a broker’s own words, with an NDA before documents and the vendor’s approval before anything is advertised.
Trust
A buyer sees only what has been released to their organisation, an NDA is not the same as access, and every release names the recipient and the version. Nothing leaves the file without a person deciding it should.
Approvals, releases, views and changes are recorded against the engagement with who, when and why, and the record can be exported.
Each firm’s data is isolated. Buyer, owner and external-adviser seats reach only their own engagements and only the material approved for them.
Accreta runs in AWS Sydney with encryption in transit and at rest, and the detail is published in the trust centre rather than promised in a sentence.
